Denise M. Stocker is an associate in the firm’s Miami office. She practices in the area of automobile negligence and trucking negligence defense. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Stocker practiced in numerous areas of personal injury litigation for nearly 7 years in Jacksonville, Florida. Ms. Stocker’s litigation experience includes litigating automobile/trucking accidents, premises negligence actions and medical malpractice cases. She also has experience in appellate law.
Ms. Stocker received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from the University of Alabama. While at UA, Ms. Stocker was a two-time Dean’s List honoree. She subsequently earned her Juris Doctorate Degree from Florida State University College of Law in Tallahassee, Florida.
Ms. Stocker has received certificates of honor for her work as a Certified Legal Intern at FSU’s Public Interest Center and at Jacksonville Area Legal Aid where she represented indigent clients. Ms. Stocker also served as a Certified Guardian Ad Litem with the 4 th Judicial Circuit where she represented the best interests of neglected, abused and abandoned children.
Ms. Stocker is a member of the Florida Bar as well as the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
